Privacy Policy

SuperRed monitors public Reddit discussions relevant to your company and turns them into analysis, alerts and reports for your team. To do that we process a small amount of data about you, and a larger amount of public content from Reddit.

Account. When you sign in with Google, our authentication provider (Clerk) gives us your name, email address and a user identifier. We store the email and identifier to know which workspaces you belong to.

Workspace configuration. What you set up: your company profile, the communities you monitor, team member emails you invite, Slack webhook or other delivery URLs you connect, and API keys you mint (stored only as one-way hashes — we cannot recover a key after showing it to you once).

Billing.Payments are handled by Polar as merchant of record. Polar is the seller and processes your payment details; card numbers never reach SuperRed. We store only your plan, and Polar’s customer and subscription identifiers.

Usage. Standard server logs (IP address, request time) kept by our hosting provider for security and debugging. We run no advertising trackers.

The intelligence itself is built from publicly available Reddit posts: titles, bodies, public usernames, scores and links. This content belongs to its authors and to Reddit; we collect and analyse it on your instruction, for your internal business use. We do not collect private messages or non-public content, and we do not build profiles of individual Reddit users.

We use a small set of infrastructure providers, each processing only what its role requires:

Vercel (hosting) · Neon (database) · Clerk (sign-in) · Polar (payments, as merchant of record) · Apify (collection of public Reddit content) · Anthropic and Fireworks AI (analysis of collected content) · GitHub (running scheduled scans) · Slack (delivery, only if you connect it).

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone outside this list.

Workspace data is kept while your workspace exists. If your subscription ends, your intelligence is retained so you can export or resubscribe; it is not deleted for non-payment. To delete your account or an entire workspace, email mehreen@crazyagents.ai and we will remove it within 30 days.

If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you have the rights the GDPR gives you: access, correction, deletion, portability and objection. Email mehreen@crazyagents.ai to exercise any of them. You can also complain to your local data protection authority; ours is the Irish Data Protection Commission.

We use only the cookies the product needs to work: your sign-in session (set by Clerk) and your selected workspace. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

If this policy changes materially we will note it here with a new effective date, and tell active customers by email.
