Terms of Service

SuperRed monitors public Reddit discussions relevant to your business and produces analysis, alerts and reports. By creating a workspace or subscribing you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if you act for a company, that company.

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for the people you invite to your workspace and for keeping API keys and webhook URLs you create confidential. Workspace admins can add and remove members, connect delivery destinations and manage billing.

Paid plans are billed by Polar, our merchant of record — Polar is the seller of record and handles payment processing, invoices and applicable taxes. Plans renew monthly until cancelled; you can cancel any time from Manage billing, effective at the end of the current period. If a payment fails, Polar retries before access changes. If your subscription ends, your workspace drops to the free tier; your data is retained, not deleted.

You agree not to:

resell or redistribute the service or its output as your own product · use the intelligence to harass, dox or target individual Reddit users · use SuperRed for spam or astroturfing (our drafts exist to help you participate honestly, with disclosure) · attempt to access another customer’s workspace or probe the service’s security · use the service in violation of law or of Reddit’s terms.

The underlying posts belong to their authors and to Reddit; SuperRed provides analysis of publicly available content and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Reddit, Inc. You are responsible for how you act on the intelligence — including how you engage in communities and comply with their rules.

Signals, scores, briefings and drafts are produced by automated analysis, including large language models. They can be wrong. They are decision support, not professional advice — verify before acting on anything consequential, and treat drafts as starting points that a human reviews and sends.

SuperRed and its software remain ours. Your workspace configuration and the reports generated for you are yours to use for your internal business purposes. Feedback you give us may be used to improve the product.

The service is provided “as is”. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee it — collection depends on third-party platforms that can change or fail. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

You can stop using SuperRed and request deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate workspaces that violate these terms, with notice where practical. Sections that by their nature survive (liability, IP, disputes) survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and disputes belong to the Irish courts. If we change these terms materially we will note it here with a new effective date and tell active customers by email; continued use after that is acceptance.
